This represents the Intertec TimePro Terms and Conditions in its entirety and supersedes any other written or oral policy. This policy defines the terms and conditions all Users agree to when using all services provided by Intertec TimePro. Intertec TimePro reserves the exclusive right to revise, change or amend any portion of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our web site at any time, without advance notice to Users.

Provision of Service
Intertec TimePro will provide our Customers with access to our Internet based timesheet service which will permit the processing, retrieval, and transmission of transaction data submitted by the Customer pursuant to these Terms of Use.
Intertec TimePro may change the features and functionality of this service from time to time, notice of which will be posted on our web site which Customers should review periodically.
It is the Customers responsibility to ensure its own compliance with this Agreement, including without limitation the compliance of its employees, officers, agents, and any third party invited to participate in the Service.
Intertec TimePro will not be liable for interruption of or delays in transmission of the Service caused by acts of God, fire, water, riots, acts of Government, acts or omissions of Internet backbone providers, or any other causes beyond Intertec TimePro's control.
Fees and charges
The fees and charges for use of our services are set forth on the web site and are subject to change from time to time, notice of which will be posted on our web site which Customers should review periodically. The Customer agrees to pay said fees within thirty (30) days of receipt of such invoice. Customers paying by credit card will have the charge fees debited directly to their credit card.
If a Customer chooses to discontinue the service, an authorized representative of the Customer will notify Intertec TimePro on official company letterhead by post or email (accounts@intertec.com.au) indicating cancellation. The Customer will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the date Intertec TimePro receives the cancellation notice. Intertec TimePro will not pro-rata Customer's invoice for a partial month's usage following cancellation.
If a Customer reactivates an account that was previously deactivated due to violation of these Terms of Use or non-payment of an invoice, a AUD$66 reactivation fee will be charged to the Customer.
A Customer can request an upgrade or downgrade to their account at any time. All requests need to be sent in writing by email to accounts@intertec.com.au or support@timesheets.com.au. A pro-rata adjusting invoice will be issued for any changes to user licence numbers except for monthly account downgrades which will simply take effect on the next monthly invoice. The minimum size that can be downgraded to is 10% of your lifelong maximum number of user licences, so for example the minimum size that a 100 user system can be downgraded to is a 10 user system. This is due to the amount of data that still needs to be maintained on our production hosted platform.
Support Services
Customer service and help desk facilities are provided by phone and email between the hours of 8.30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Western Standard Time. The target response time for specific queries is within 2 hours. Problems that cannot be resolved immediately are escalated to the development team where our target is to respond to the Customer by the next working day.
Password and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords in respect of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Intertec TimePro of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Restrictions on Use of Software.
You may use the Software only as required to facilitate the provision of the Services to you and you may not duplicate, publish, de-compile, or reverse engineer the Software or use the Software other than as required to facilitate the provision of the Services to you.
Neither the Terms, the right to use the Services, nor the License may be assigned without the prior written consent of Intertec TimePro.
